* For stays of 1 week or more, prices include one change of sheets and towels/week.
Optional cleaning: 12 Euros/week.
* The client will have to pay a deposit at arrival that will refunded at departure if there is no damages in the establishment (300 euros for the House 6 pax and 150 euros for the studio or the "duplex").
* Check in since 5 p.m.
* Check out before 11 a.m.
* It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it (charge on your credit card). Rest at the arrival.
* Cancellation Policy:
- cancellation between 15 and 7 days before the arrival: charge of the 50% of the total price of the reservation.
- with less than 7 days: charge of the 100% of the reservation.
- No refund will be made for leaving the room before the departure date that was reserved.
