CANCELLATION POLICY IN NORMAL SEASON:
If the cancellations is made since the 18.00 h of the day before the arrival: the hotel will charged in your credit card the total price of the first night.
CANCELLATION POLICY IN SPECIAL EVENTS:
Holy Week, Horse Fair, World Motorbike Championship and Summer
Minimum stay 4 nights.
It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it.
Cancellations:
- 30 days before the arrival: charge on your credit card of the 25% of the total price of your reservation.
- Between 30 and 15 days before: charge on your credit card of the 50%.
- Between 15 and 5 days before: charge of the 75%.
- Between 5 days before and the arrival day: charge of the 100%.
