The Apartments " El Patio Andaluz" is a house with captivation, recently remodeling (year 2008) framed in the very city center, close to the Villamarta Theatre and the Medina Street, in one of the best place in Jerez, exactly in "Prieta street", just a few minutes walking from the main monuments like the Alcazar, the Cathedral and very close to the shops, bars, resturants,Plaza Arenal and Larga street, in the heart of Jerez.
It is a precious house with the typically arquitecture from Jerez with courts with plants and the typical colors of the south Spain as the white and the ochers.
The house has 3 independent apartments that come together in the principal court of the house with table and chairs of wood where you can enjoy of a calm evening, resting, reading, or to spend a nice talk with the rest of the guests.
Decoration is taken care by furniture chosen by beauty and comfort and typical colors of the south that recreate a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything has been chosen, up to the most minimal detail, in order that the guests feel comfortable.
The "Patio Andaluz" is not a hotel, is a house with captivation, which nothing has to see with the coldness of a hotel. We want you to feel like in your own proper house. In this house you will be able to enjoy the city of Jerez as well as his surroundings.
All the apartments are fully equipped with lounge with sofa bed,T.V., D.V.D., double bedroom with two individual beds, a bathroom with shower, and american complete kitchen with microwave, vitrocermica, fridge, etc.
Sheets, towels and blankets are provided in every apartment.
A welcome present: a bottle of sherry wine for reserves of 3 night or more.
Every apartment is for 2 persons and up to 4 persons in the sofa bed.
In the same house we have a place available to leave motorcycles and bicycles. For cars, there are two parking close to the house.
