In the city of Granada, in its quarter of Albayzín, nearby the fortress of Alhambra… this peculiar building is situates. It is an ancient Arabic house of the XVI century, completely restored, composed of 3 apartments where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Alhambra. One apartment have capacity for 6 people + 2 extra persons in sofa-bed (8 persons) and the other two apartments have capacity for 4 people.
The privileged location of the house, in the historic part of the city, invites to walk in its narrow streets and visit its monuments.
It is easy to get to the house in a car. The apartments are provided with central heating, air-conditioning, TV. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything necessary.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY
RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
It´s required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation to confirme it. This amount will be charged to your credit card.
* Cancellation more than 10 days before the arrival: no charge.
* Cancellation between 9 and before: charge of the total price of the first night.
* Cancellation less than 5 days in advance: charge of the total price of the reservation.
DELIVERY OF KEYS:
You will have to phone 1 day before your arrival day to notice of your approximate arrival time so we can arrange for you to collect your keys.
