* Each apartment includes one parking space (according to disponibility).
* The price includes cleaning service (kitchen and utensils not included) and change of sheets and towels every seven days.
They will have daily cleaning from the 16 of June to the 15 of September, except Saturdays and festive (kitchen and utensils are excluded). To make between 10:00 and 15:00.
* It is required a deposit damage of 100 Euros that will be given back to you on departure date if no damage has been caused (it is valid too your credit card for this).
* Arrival: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
* Departures: until 10 a.m.
* ADMITTED STAYS OF LESS DAYS THAN THE MINIMUM PERMITTED ON REQUEST AND WITH AN EXTRA SUPPLEMENT OF THE 25% OF THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE RESERVATION. IN THE CASE OF STAYS OF 1 ONLY DAY, THE SUPPLEMENT WILL BE OF THE 50%.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be charged on the client´s credit card.
- Cancellations between 10 and 15 days before the arrival: charge of the 5% of the total price of the reservation.
- Cancellations between 9 and 3 days before the arrival: charge of the 15% of the total price of the reservation.
- Cancellations with 48 hours in advance: charge of the 25% of the total price of the reservation.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours before or "no show": charge of the 100% of the total price of the reservation.
