The building is situated in a quiet district in Málaga. It has eight one-bedroom APARTMENTS with living room for 2 or 3 people and three STUDIOS for 1 or 2 people.

All the apartments and studios have kitchen completely equipped with household items, cutlery, dinner service, two-hotplate vitroceramic hob and microwave oven.

The terrace roof of the building is equipped with chairs, tables, sunshades and deckchairs where our clients can sunbathe, read, study,etc.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

* Minimum stay 2 nights, except Holy Week and August (minimum 5 nights).

* Prices include water and electricity consumptions.

* Cleaning are not included.
Supplement per cleaning service with change of towels and sheets:
Apartment: 20 Euros.
Studio: 12 Euros.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
In high season it´s required a deposit with the 20% of the total price of the reservation. This amount will be charged in your credit card at the moment of the confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the cancellation is made with less than 7 days in advance, you will be charged for the total price of 2 nights on your credit card.
