RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

Cancellations with less than 48 hours in advance: charge on your credit card of the total price of the first night. No show charge on your credit card the total price of the first night.

High season, July and August, Easter Time and Fear: the hostal doesn´t accept cancellations with less than 15 days before your arrival. Cancellations with less than 15 days will have a charge of the 20% of the total price of your booking. Mínimum charge 2 days.

The guest renounce to the cancellation policy of credit card agencies, VISA, Mastercard, etc.

In addition, damages on instalations will have charges in the guest´s credit card.
