The property comprises a spacious living/dining room, fully equipped independent
kitchen and one or two bathrooms. Furthermore, all the villas will have a private garden,
porch and two or more terraces.
The maisonettes have a living area of approximately 40m2
the one-bedroom maisonettes and between 55 and 60 m2 the 2-bedroom maisonettes.
They comprise complete bathroom and a living/dining room with incorporated
equipped kitchenette. Further to the areas indicated, the maisonettes always
have a small private garden with porch or/and an ample terrace.
