Family Residence with only 6 Apartments (max. 28 pax), nicely decorated.
Situated in the middle of the town in a very quiet and natural place. One of the last places surrounded with pine trees, where one can enjoy a serene atmosphere. All the apartments have pool view and a spacious terrace, with sun during the day. From the complex its only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Cala D'Or and 250 mts to the sandy beach of Cala Esmeralda or the lovely beach Cala Gran.

Apt "A" (approx. 33 qm), on the ground floor. For 2-3 pax, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 extra sofa bed in the livingroom; Bath/WC and air conditioning.
Apt "B and C" (approx. 50 qm), on the ground floor. For 4-5 pax, 4 in 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 extra sofa bed in livingroom; Bath/WC.
Apt "D" (approx. 55 qm), on the ground floor. For 4-5 pax, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 extra sofa bed in the livingroom; Bath/WC and air conditioning.
Apt "E" and "F" (both approx. 50 qm with a large terrace (approx. 33 and 55 qm), on the 1st floor. For 4-5 pax, 4 in 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 extra sofa bed in the livingroom; Bath/WC.
All apartments have a livingroom with eating corner; kitchenette with gas cooker/oven, fridge, TV and safety deposit box.
