RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

* RESERVATIONS ARE GUARANTED UNTIL THE 5 p.m. IF YOU ARE GOING TO ARRIVE LATER, YOU HAVE TO INFORM TO THE HOSTEL AND THEY WILL CONFIRM YOU IF THIS IS POSSIBLE OR NOT.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IN HOLY WEEK AND FAIR OF APRIL:
- It is required the prepayment of the reservation at the moment of confirmating.
- If you cancel your reservation with more than 30 days in advance, the hostel will pay you back the 80% of the deposit.
- If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 15 days in advance, the hostel will pay you back the 40% of the deposit.
- If you cancel your reservation with less than 15 days in advance, the hostel will not pay you back the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY REST OF THE YEAR:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours in advance: charge on your credit card of the total price of the first night.
