RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

Normal season:

Cancellations with less than 48 hours in advance: charge on your credit card of the total price of the first night.

Bank holidays and festive days (except Holy Week and Fair of April):

Cancellations with less than 7 days in advance will have a charge of the total price of the first night.

Conditions to reserve in Holy Week and Fair of April:

- It is required the prepayment of the 100% of the total price of the reservation.
- In case of cancellation before the 15th in February, you will be charged the 10% of the total price of the reservation.
- Until 15 days before the arrival date, charge of the 25% of the total price of the reservation.
- Between 15 and 8 days before, charge of the 35%.
- Between 7 and 3 days before: 45%.

- Less than 3 days, 55%.
- No show, 100%.
