VERY IMPORTANT: YOU HAVE TO CALL TO THE OWNER OF THE APARTMENT WHEN YOU CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION FOR THE KEY COLLECTION.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IN NORMAL SEASON:
- You will have to pay the total amount of the stay at the moment of the delivery of keys. In addition we will need an extra deposit. This deposit is only a guarantee that is given back when you leave the apartament if there are no damages. The deposit will be:
* 50 euros for 3 days stays.
* 100 euros for longer stays.
- In normal season, if you cancel within less than 1 week before the arrival, you will be charged the total price of the first night.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IN CHRISTMAS, HOLY WEEK AND FAIR OF APRIL:
- To make a reservation at Easter and Feria we require a prepayment with the 50% of the total cost through a bank transfer.
- CANCELLATIONS:
* With more than 1 month in advance: refund of the prepayment.
* Between 15 and 30 days before the arrival: charge of the total price of the first night.
* With less than 15 days in advance: no refund.
