CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY (except Holy Week and Fair of April):
* It is required the prepayment of the 30% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This deposit will be charged on the client´s credit card.
* The rest will be paid in the delivery of the keys in cash.
* Cancellations with more than 30 days in advance: the 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
* Cancellations between 30 and 15 days in advance: the 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
* Cancellations with less than 15 days in advance: there is no refund,but if you want it`s possible to keep the reservation for another date.
