Apartment for 2/4 persons located in the famous Triana neighborhood, in a building renovated in 2007.

It is situated next to the Plaza de Armas Bus Station and the Guadalquivir River and at a few minutes walking from the main touristic atractions, such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar and the Maestranza Bullring.

The apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (1,35 cm) and a living room with sofa bed of 1.35 cm for two persons more.

1 week: 15% discount.

2 weeks: 20% discount.

3 weeks: 25% discount.

1 month: 30% discount.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

The price includes:

Water and electricity.

Change of bed linen and towels once per week.

Reservation conditions and cancellation policy (the whole year except Holy Week and Fair of April):

It´s required the prepayment of the 25% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be charged directly in the client´s credit card.

Cancellations:

- In case of cancelling with, at least, 60 days in advance, you will be refunded the 100% of the deposit.
- If you cancel between 59 and 30 days before the arrival, you will be refunded the 50% of the deposit.
- If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days in advance, there is no refund.

Special Reservation Conditions and Cancellation policy in Holy Week and Fair of April:

It is required the prepayment of the 100% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be charged on your credit card and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
