One bedroom apartment for 2/4 persons located very near the Arco de la Macarena. Climated and fully furnished.

The apartment is on a ground floor (there is a lift) and has 60 square metres aproximately.

It consists of a bedroom with a matrimonial bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a completely new bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a living-room with 2 sofas, tables and chairs and one folding puff of 1,35 cm (sleeping 2 persons). Marble floor.

Equipment:

Fridge, microwave, cooker, toaster, squeezer, kitchen utensils, coffee maker.

Bed linen and towels.

Iron, iron board and washing machine.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY (except Holy Week and Fair of April):

* It is required the prepayment of the 30% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This deposit will be paid through a bank transfer and will be refunded in case of cancelling with more than 7 days in advance.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY HOLY WEEK AND FAIR OF APRIL:

* It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This deposit will be paid through a bank transfer and will be refunded in case of cancelling with more than 15 days in advance.

DEPOSIT DAMAGE:

* Once you arrive at the apartment, you will have to pay a damage deposit of 150 Euros (payment in cash) that will be given back to you on departure date if no damage has been caused.

* Before the midnight.
