KEYS COLLECTION:
These apartments have a reception opened from 11:00 until 24:00 hours. If you are going to arrive earlier or later, please contact us for the keys collection.

GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

It is required the prepayment of the 30% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it.

A) Cancellations with more than 1 month in advance: charge of the 5% of the deposit charged in advance.
B) Cancellations between 30 and 7 days before the arrival: charge of the 50% of the deposit.
C) Cancellations with less than 7 days in advance: the deposit will not be refunded.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IN HOLY WEEK AND FAIR OF APRIL:
It is required the preypament of the total price of the reservation.
Minimun stay 4 nights.
Cancellation minimun 1 month before the arrival date. In other case you will be charge the deposit (100%).
