RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

RESERVATIONS
To confirm your reservation, a prepayment of a 50% of the total by credit card or bank transfer is required. The company has the right to change this condition on peak season.

PAYMENT
- The remaining amount is payable upon arrival by credit card or in cash.
- If payment is not made at arrival, the reservation will be cancelled without prepayment reservation refund.
DEPOSIT
- For stays of more than seven nights, a security deposit is required to be paid upon receiving the apartment keys.
- The amount of the security deposit depends on the chosen apartment and the time of your stay.
- The amount of the security deposit will never exceed 25% of the total amount.
- Security deposit refund will depend on damage caused, lost keys, cleaning, etc.
MINIMUM STAY
- The minimum stay on weekends is two nights.The company has the right to establish minimum periods for stays in specific dates.
CHANGING THE DATES OF STAY
- The customer can change the dates and the apartment type without any additional charge as long as he/she notifies this by e-mail 45 days in advance.
- The change should be for equal or higher amount than the original reservation.
- Modification of the reservation date should not exceed the initial date of the reservation by more than 3 months.
CANCELLATION / CANCELLATION FEES
- Cancellation must be notified. The cancellation conditions are applicable without exception, even in cases of force majeure.

Cancellation 30 days in advance - no cancellation fee is charged.

Between 15 and 30 days: we retain 50% of the amount of the reservation.

Less than 15 days: we retain 100% of the amount of the reservation.

No show: no refund of the amount of the reservation.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
- The customer shall notify his arrival and departure time sufficiently in advance.
- On the arrival day the apartments are at your service from 2:00 p.m. on.
- Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. have a surcharge of 25€.
- Departure shall not be later than 12:00 p.m.
RESPONSABILITIES OF THE CUSTOMERS
- Only the number of persons indicated on the reservation can use the apartment. This number can be exceeded by children of less than 3 years (by a maximum of 2)
- Every customer has to present their passport / identity card.
- Quiet hours are from 23.00 h to 9.00 h.
- Coexistence rules and public policy have to be respected.
- Animals forbidden (except guide-dogs)
- The company has the right to evict renters from the apartment with no compensation, if customers do not observe the general conditions.
- Any damage or alteration of the inventory has a charge of the equivalent value of the damaged or lost element as a consequence. The customer has to give authorisation to charge this amount from his/her credit card.
