Located in the heart of the historic district of Seville, where past and present meet, next to the old “Los Venerables Sacerdotes de San Bernardo” hospital in a narrow street of the San Martín neighbourhood popularly known as “de los Viejos”, this beautiful seigneurial house dates from the beginning of the XVII th century and it used to belong to the Count of Gelves.

Refurbished in 2007, the building has five luxurious and completely equipped apartments and one studio-loft all with air conditioner.

The apartments on the ground floor have 1 double room, a single one and 2 bathrooms.

The studio-loft has a double bed and a bathroom.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

* Smoking is not allowed.

* Pets on request.

* It is required the prepayment of the 20% of the total price of the reservation by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

* Cancellations with more than 30 days in advance: the establishment will return you the 80% of the prepayment.

* Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the arrival: the establishment will return you the 50% of the prepayment.

* Cancellations with less than 15 days in advance: there will not be any refund.

DELIVERY OF THE KEYS/DEPOSIT DAMAGE:

You have to collect your keys in the apartment. You have to inform to the establishment about your aproximately arrival hour because a person will be in the apartments waiting for you. The telephone number is shown in the final receipt of your reservation.

The client will pay the 100% of the total price of the reservation in cash at arrival. The prepayment (20%) will be saved as a deposit damage that will be returned back on departure if no damages have been caused.
