GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours in advance: charge on your credit card of the total price of the first night.
HOLY WEEK & "FERIA DE ABRIL":
THE HOTEL WILL CHARGE A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE TOTAL STAY.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATIONS, THE HOTEL WILL HOLD THIS AMOUNT AS CANCELLATION PENALTY.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS LONG STAYS:
• It is required a damage deposit with the 5% of the total price of the reservation that will be given back to you on departure date if no damage has been caused.
• It will be invoiced always the day 1 in each month.
• The payment of the stay will be always in advance.
• In the case of dalay in the payment, the reservation for the following month will be automatically cancelled.
