Newly constructed building located in the very heart of Seville, few minutes from the famous Cathedral, Giralda and Alcazar, and the comercial zone of the city. Is provided with studios for 2 persons and apartments for 4 persons. Some apartments are provided with internet connection.

For sightseeing.

- The apartments (maximum 4 persons) are duplex provided with bedroom with a double bed (only 1 duplex have 2 single beds), fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, livingroom with double sofa-bed and balcony.

- The studios (maximum 2 persons) are provided with fully equiped kitchen, double sofa-bed and also some have double bed and others have single bed, bathroom and balcony.Some studios have a terrace.

Next to the building you will find lots of bars, restaurants, bus stops, taxi stands,parking, differents shops...etc.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

NORMAL SEASON

- Minimum stay 3 nights

- Charge of the 50% of the total cost at the moment of confirming.

- Cancellations with less than 15 days in advance: charge the 50% of the total cost of the reservation.

HOLLY WEEK AND APRIL FAIR:

- Holly week minimum stay 4 nights. April Fair minimum stay 4 nights.

- Charge of the 100% of the total cost at the moment of confirming.

- Cancellations with more than 15 days in advance: charge the 50% of the total cost of the reservation.

- Cancelations with less than 15 days in advance: charge the 100%.
