The apartments are Located in the heart of the famous Santa Cruz quarter, in the historic and monumental center of Seville, at few metres from the touristic routes through Seville.

There are two types of apartments with capacity for 2 or 3 people (Type A) and 4 / 5 people (Type B), with one and two bedrooms and bathrooms respectively, living room, with a sofa bed and kitchen. Both types are equipped with telephone, air conditioning and television.

TYPE A: (3 places)
One-bedroom apartment with 2 beds, a living-room with a sofa bed, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen with fridge. Equipped with telephone, TV, AC and heating.

TYPE B: (5 places)
Two-bedroom apartment with 4 beds, a living-room with a sofa bed, two fully equipped bathroom and kitchen with fridge. Equipped with telephone, TV, AC and heating.

Parking nearby, ideal location, more than reasonable prices. Special prices for long-term lodging, per week or month. These prices are not valid during extra season.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

Water, gas and electricity consumption is included in the prices as well as the daily cleaning of the apartments. The cleaning does not include the kitchen and the kitchen utensils.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IN HOLY WEEK AND FAIR OF APRIL:

Minimum of stay 5 nights.
In Holy Week and Fair of April, you are requested to pay the total price of your reservation 1 month before the arrival date.
- cancellation with more than 30 days in advance, restitution of 100% of the deposit;
- between 30 and 7 days in advance, restitution of 50% of the deposit;
- between 7 and 1 day in advance, restitution of 25% of the deposit;
- 1 day in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY REST OF THE YEAR:
On cancelling with less than 24 hours before your arrival, you will be charged the price of the first night.
