There is the possibility of leaving in the reception some hand luggage or suitcase until later.
* The establishment doesn´t make itself person in charge of the loss of valuables or documentation that the client leaves in the room.
* The credit card is only a guarantee for the reservation. The hostal doesn´t charge any amount on the client´s credit card before his arrival, except in special dates like the Fair, bank holidays, etc.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
* Cancellations with less than 48 hours in advance: charge on your credit card of the total price of 1 night.
* Bank holidays and festive days: cancellations with less than 48 hours in advance: charge on your credit card of the total price of 1 night.
* Groups:
Cancellations with less than 30 days in advance: charge on your credit card of the 10% of the total price of the reservation.
Less than 15 days in advance: charge on your credit card of the 25% of the total price of the reservation.
Less than 3 days in advance: charge on your credit card of the 50% of the total price of the reservation.
No show: charge of the 100%.
The cancellation up to the 10% of the total number of people has no charge up to 7 days before the arrival.
CONDITIONS TO RESERVE IN HOLY WEEK AND FAIR OF APRIL
* Minimum stay 4 nights.
* It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation at the moment of confirmating. Rest of the payment will be charged before the arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY IN HOLY WEEK AND FAIR OF APRIL
In case of cancellation before the 10th February, you will be charged the 10% of the total price of the reservation.
Cancellation until 15 days before the arrival date: charge of the 25%.
Cancellation until 15 days before the arrival date: charge of the 25%.
Cancellation from 15 to 3 days before: charge of the 50%.
3 days before: charge of the 100%.
