CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations without any charge until 13:00 hours on the arrival day.
If you cancel later, you will be charged the total price of the first night.

Confirmation
A downpayment corresponding with 50% of the total amount for the days during semana santa or feria is required (no downpayment is calculated for the days that are not semana santa or feria).
Cancelation
The cancellation policy of hotel Alcazar depends upon the cancellation date as follows:
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date:
No penalty >>> total devolution of the fee.
- If the cancellation date is made between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date:
Penalty >>> charge of the 30% of the total price of the reservation.
- If the cancellation date is made between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date:
Penalty >>> charge of the 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made at less than 7 days before the arrival date:
Penalty >>>charge of the 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
