Hotel Ducal is located on the Plaza de la Encarnación, in the very center of the old and historicaly rich quarter of Seville. It is also a very commercial zone; busy and dynamic during daytime but nice and quiet by night.

The hotel is accesible by bus and private car and just at the limit of allowed acces for private cars to downtown. There are two round-the-clock watched parking lots within 15 and 60 meters from the hotel.

Within 5 to 20 minutes of walking distance from the hotel Ducal are the monument areas; Cathedral, Giralda, Reales Alcázares ...; the trade areas of the city; restaurants, nightlife quarters and flamenco theatres. Also, in the nearness are: the Fine Arts Museum (the second important art gallery in Spain), the Contemporary Art Museum; cinemas y theatres.
