Wonderful countryside holiday home with private swimming pool in a quiet rural neighborhood in Icod.

The fabulous garden area, with views to El Teide, had a great BBQ and a covered porch where to enjoy lovely informal meals by the private swimming pool.

Inside you'll find,a washing machine room, one bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and another one with bunk beds, there's also a sofa bed available in the sitting room.

The kitche is equipped with fridge/feezer and a small oven and it's integrated with the sitting room, where you can watch tv or light the fire place.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation at the moment of confirming. The rest (50%) will be paid in cash at the moment of the delivery of the keys.

Cancellation Policy:

- Between 29 a 8 days before: refund of the 20% of the deposit.

- Cancellations with less than 7 days in advance: no refund (the same for clients that arrive after the date reserved or departure before the schedule day).
