In Gemelos 22 we offer 27 apartments for rent, 1 & 2 bedrooms.
It´s one of the most popular buildings for vacations in Benidorm.

Gemelos 22 are 3 towers, build in 2003. They are build around a beautiful swimming pool garden, with large swimming pools, cildren´s pool, indoor pool, children´s play area and tennis courts, to name a few of the on-site recreation possibilities.

All the apartments are spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine, TV, air-conditioning and heating, and a double sofa/bed in the living rooms.

The location is exellent, with only a short walk to shops, variety of restaurants, and the city center of Benidorm. The distance to the beach is about 500 meters.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

It is required the prepayment of the 20% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be charged on your credit card at the moment of confirming.

Cancellation Policy:

a) Cancellations with more than 30 days in advance: refund of the 90% of the deposit.

b) Cancellations between 30 and 7 days before the arrival: refund of the 50% of the deposit.

c) Cancellations with less than 7 days in advance: no refund.
