CANCELATION RULES:
* If the client vacates the apartment for personal reasons before the let has expired, s/he will not be entitled to reimbursement.
* It is required the prepayment of the 40% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be paid through a bank transfer.
* If the booking is cancelled, the following cancellation charges apply:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: 10% of the down payment.
- Cancellation 30-8 days before arrival date: 50% of the down payment.
- Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival date: 100% of the down payment.
* NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. If an animal is found on the premises after arrival, the let will be terminated automatically, and the payments made will not be reimbursed.
* SERVICES INCLUDED IN PRICES
Electricity, water, arrival and departure cleaning service.
For stays less than 7 nights the end-cleaning is NOT included in the total price: 30.-Euro (1bedroom), 40.-Euro (2 bedrooms), 50.-Euro (3 bedrooms)
* EXTRAS :
Cot for baby: 15 euros/week
Parking: 7,00 Euros/ day (7% VAT not included)
Garage: 8,00 Euros/ day (7% VAT not included)
* COLLECTION OF KEYS AND DEPARTURES
Incoming tenants may take possession after 17:00, and keys may be collected between 17:00 and 20:00. The apartment should be vacated before 10.00 on the day of departure.
In the event that the client decides not to use the services contracted during their stay, they will not be entitled to any REFUNDS.
You can collect the keys at our main office of Paraiso Mar during office-hours. After office-hours you can collect them at the concierge of Paraiso Mar (Avda. Juan Carlos I, 20- Calpe)

* DEPOSIT
A deposit will be paid when the keys are received from the company agent, on taking possession of the apartment. The deposit will be €150 in the case of apartments. The deposit will be returned in full provided that there is no damage to the apartment.
