WEEKLY RATES

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

CHECKING: 14.00 HOURS.
CHECKING OUT: 11.00 HOURS.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
* It is required a prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be paid through a bank transfer. Rest of the payment pending at your arrival. This prepayment is not refundable in case of cancelling.
* Deposit of 100 Euros in cash at the moment of collecting your keys. This deposit will be refunded at departure if there is no damages in the apartment.

* The final cleaning and the bed linen and towels are not included in the prices.
You can ask for bed linen and towels with an extra cost.
