For reservations of one week or more, discounts of 15% or 20% depending on availability and season.
PREPAYMENT:
It is required the prepayment of the 25% of the total price of the reservation at the moment of confirming it and the 50% of the reservation one month before the arrival. This amounts will be directly charged on your credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Low Season, Medium-Low Season and Medium-High Seasons:
• Until 7 days before arrival - 0%.
• From 7 days until 2 days before arrival - 50%.
• Less than 2 days before, NO SHOW and early departure - 100%.
High Season:
• Until 15 days before arrival - 0%.
• From 15 days until 7 days before arrival - 50%.
• Less than 7 days before, NO SHOW and early departure - 100%.
RECEPTION:
Check In is from 17:00 h on.
Check Out is before 12:00 h.
Check In from 21.00 h on have an extra charge of 12 euros for every hour of delay. Maximum hour for key disposal is 00.00 h. To solicit later arrival, please enquire.
On arrival we cash a deposit of 150 euros per apartment which will be refunded after checking the apartment.
SUPPLEMENTS:
• Late arrival: 12 euros per Hour of delay from 21:00 p.m. on.
• 5º pax in 2-bedroom apartament. Direct payment. On request and subject to availability. (Maximum 1 per apartment). Prices:
* 15 €/night (VAT incl) in Low Season, Medium-Low Season and Medium-High Season
* 25 €/night (Vat incl) in High Season
• Cot: 6 €/day (VAT incl). Direct payment. On request and subject to availability. Specify in voucher. (Maximum 1 per apartment).
