RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. The hotel will charge on your credit card the rest before your arrival.
- You have to pay, in addition, when you collected your keys, the 10% of the total price of the reservation as a deposit. This deposit will be refunded at departure if there is no damages in the apartment.

Cancellation Expenses:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival: 0%.
- Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before: 50%.
- Cancellation 15 days before the arrival: 100%.
