From the 22th in March to the 29th in May (except Holy Week and from 30th in April to the 3rd in May) and from the 26th in September to the 20th in December:

Holy Week from sunday to sunday (5th - 12th in April): 800 Euros.
Since the 29th in May only it is possible to reserve minimum 7 nights.

* WEEKLY STAYS WILL BE, OBLIGATIRY, FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
It is required the prepayment of the 100% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be paid through a bank transfer to the owner of the apartment.
Cancellation fees:
Cancellation until 45 days before the arrival: no charge.
Cancellation between 44 and 15 days before: charge of the 30% of the total price of the reservation.
Cancellation with less than 15 days in advance: charge of the 100% of the total price of the reservation.
To take into account:
* THE APARTMENT IS DELIVERED SINCE THE 17 HOURS OF THE ARRIVAL DAY.
* DEPARTURES UNTIL 12.00 AM.
* THE APARTMENT WILL BE OCCUPIED BY THE NUMBER OF PERSONS RESERVED.
* BED LINEN AND TOWELS INCLUDED IN PRICES.
* KITCHEN AND KITCHEN UTENSILS HAVE TO BE CLEANED BEFORE LEAVING THE APARTMENT.
* AT THE MOMENT OF COLLECTING THE KEYS OF YOUR APARTMENT, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE REST OF THE BOOKING AND A DEPOSIT DAMAGE OF 150 EUROS THAT WILL BE REFUNDED AT DEPARTURE IF NO DAMAGES HAVE BEEN CAUSED. If it is not possible to check the apartment at departure, the deposit shall be returned by bank transfer.
* After confirmation of your reservation you will receive the instructions to collect your keys.
Delivery of the keys after 11 p.m. will have a supplement of 30 euros.
