AZULEJOS FUSION-RESTAURANT
As its name suggest, Fusion reflects the principle basis of this restaurant. It is the combination of two culinary cultures, that of Andalusia and that of Latin America. In spite of their different origins, there is a similarity between these styles of cooking. With the discovery of America products such as tomatoes, maize, cinnamon and chocolate made their way to Spain. And others like wheat, Asian spices and peaches were taken to America.
Since then, these two cultures and cuisines have mutually benefited from the wider variety of produce available for their methods of cooking. From that, an idea was born : Azulejos.
Our menu offers seasonal produce and aromatic plants and herbs grown in our own market garden. Vegetarians as well as meat lovers (beef from Argentina and Uruguay) will find our menu to their taste.
