This duplex for 2 persons (with the possibility of 2 more on the sofa-bed) is located in the famous district of Albayzin, 2 minutes from the centre and close to the views of Mirador de San Nicolas. Due to this excellent location, this split-level duplex with large terrace enjoys a watchtower-like view of La Alhambra from all its floors.

Santa Ines duplex is divided into three 45m2 floors.
On the middle floor, where the entrance is located, there is a lounge-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, a home cinema system, stereo system, dvd player and a glass-enclosed chimney.
On the ground floor there is a flat with large bathroom which has a semicircular bath for two persons, marble sink and designer taps. The large bedroom has a four door wardrobe and a Balinese bed of 2 x 2m, the ultimate kingsize with a latex mattress.
On the top floor there is a marvellous tower adorned with Arab artesanry, with a large terrace with tables and chairs from which you can enjoy magnificent views of la Alhambra.

IT HAS:
• Fully equipped American style kitchen with fridge-freezer, glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, whisk, grill, sandwich maker and liquidizer.
• Lounge-dining room with double sofa-bed (150 cm), 2 armchairs, 1 leather chair, coffee table designed by Rafael Ebrero made from recycled items, teak dining table with 4 chairs, 36” LCD TV with satellite tv (international channels) DVD and Home Cinema.
• Bathroom lavishly furnished with red Alicant marble with washbasin designed by Diego Cano Valera and a large semicircular bath for 2 persons.
• Bedroom with Balinese bed of 2x 2m, the ultimate kingsize with latex mattress and wardrobe.
• Heating (Blue heating)
All residences are decorated with paintings and sculptures by contemporary artists of prestigious renown such as Amesa, Paco Aguilar, Perry Oliver, Diego cano, Miguel Angel Medina y Johnathan Addis.

CLOSE TO:
Mirador de San Nicolás, Calderería Nueva (Teterías) and Calderería Vieja, Plaza de San Miguel, Paseo de los Tristes, Bañuelos, Plaza Nueva, also 5 minutes from the commercial centres of Granada and the Cathedral.

PARKING:

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

PAYMENT
Payment of the total sum occurs in two stages. At the moment of reservation 30% is payable by credit card. Upon entry to the apartment the remaining 70% becomes payable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of a cancellation of a reservation GRANADA CON ENCANTO will under no circumstances refund any monies already paid, these being treated as costs of reservation.
In the event of a cancellation 15 days or less before the arrival date or in the case of non-arrival you will be charged the full cost of the booked reservation.
The conditions of cancellation detailed above apply in every case without exception, neither from force majeure or any other reason.
In the event that the apartment reserved is unavailable upon the arrival of the guest, GRANADA CON ENCANTO can replace this with an apartment of an equal or higher category or with hotel accomodation of an equal or higher category. If the client is dissatisfied with the altrenatives proposed he may cancel the contract without any penalty.

DEPOSIT
In order to guarantee the handing back of an apartment in perfect condition a deposit of 150€ - 300€ is necessary (subject to the apartment chosen and the length of the stay) which will be returned after departure provided the accomodation is in a satisfactory condition.

ARRIVAL
On the day of your arrival the apartment will be available from 14:00 to 02:00. If you wish to arrive before 14:00 we would request that you contact us in advance in order to make the apartment available. If arrival is after 23:00 a charge of 20 € will be applied.

KEYS
Normally only one set of keys will be made available. If you require any more please contact us prior to arrival. Loss of any keys will result in financial charges for the guest.

DEPARTURE
On the day of departure clients must vacate the apartment before 11:00. If you need to leave at at a later time, please inform us prior to arrival in order for us to arrange this (whenever possible.) If you need to prolong your stay beyond 16:00, should the apartment be available and dependent on confirmation by our office, a charge of 50% of the cost of one day will always be made.

CLEANING
Apartments will be cleaned prior to arrival of the client. On the day of departure the apartment should be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness. If this is not the case the cost of a thorough clean of the apartment will be deducted from the deposit paid for the apartment.

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
At the point of reservation we should be informed of how many clients will be staying in the accomodation being reserved. Upon arrival the amount of, and the identity of guests must match our reservation record (Identity will be verified by passport, travel documents or other accepted means.) In the event that the number of, or identity of guests does not match our reservation record the reservation will automatically be cancelled in accordance with the rules on cancellation outlined above.
