"Cuevas Pedro Antonio de Alarcón" is an exclusive tourist complex in Guadix.

Opened since 1996. It´s situated in the most important village of cave dwelling in Europe.
These caves dwelling in a region of tufa hills, give the oportunity to stay in a historic setting with all facilities and high quality service, keeping its original charm.

Guadix is situated 59 km (35 mi) from Granada (north-east the road to Murcia A92), 110 km (64 mi) from Almería, 250 Km (150 mi) from Málaga airport.
Guadix is an episcopal town on the river of the same name, with an old Moorish castle denominating the town. The Cathedral was built (XVI - XVIII c) on the foundations of an earlier mosque.

Our caves are fully equipped. All the kitchens are provided with a microwave and you also can find a hair dryer in all the bathrooms. The cleaning is made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, we don´t clean the kitchen.

We have a restaurant, wich offers delicious traditional dishes, and a conference/meeting room, with maximum capacity for 55 people, it´s the perfect place, for exclusive meeting/conferences with its traditional decoration.

We have a special cave, with jacuzzi, for two people who want to have romantic nights.
