The house "Launa" is located in the tranquil village of Pitres, near the Sierra Nevada National Park . Pitres is 75 km from Granada and 45 km from the coast. Pitres is the ideal starting point for many different walks: to the villages of Ferreirola, Atalbeitar, Mecina and Fondales and also for hikes to the high peaks of the Sierra, the Mulhacen 3482 m and the Veleta 3362m.

Casa Launa is located in a new neigbourhood of Pitres. From the house, the garden and the terrace you have nice views onto the surrounding mountains, the village and sports pitch.

Casa Launa has a big livingroom, an American kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a big wood burning stove in the livingroom and a movable gas heater.

At the front of the house there is a terrace, covered by a vine in summer, where you can enjoy your breakfast and a small garden that faces south-east.

WEEKLY RATES

PRICES 7% TAX INCLUDED:
Low season : 390 euros/weekend.
High seasons: 480 euros/weekend.
Weekends: 175 euros.
From sundays to thursdays, prices change in function on heating fees. Ask for availability and prices.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

* Maximun capacity: 6 people.
* Minimum stay 2 nights in low season.
* High season: Holy Week, Christmas, bank holidays and from 1st July to 15th september.
* Pets not allowed.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
It is required a prepayment to confirm the reservation (bank transfer):
100% in case of weekends and high season.
50% in case of weeks in low season.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations 6 weeks before the arrival: the deposit will be refunded (except postage).
Cancellations between 2 and 6 weeks, it is refunded the 50% of the deposit.
Less than 2 weeks before, the deposit is not refunded.

DELIVERY OF KEYS:
For the key collection, the point of meeting is the petrol which is between Pitres and Bubion. You have to call to the owner before your arrival (you will find his telephone number in the final receipt of your reservation).
