La Casa del Seise offers ideal alternative accomodation for families or groups who require services or places distinct from those which any other hotel in the region can offer.
It is located in a house from the 18th century, completely restored, located right in the heart of the historic centre of Baeza, just across from the Chapel of San Juan Evangelista and the Old University.
In the construction the old tastes of the house were respected to the fullest degree, including using the wood from the old house to enhance the carpentry.
The street in which the house is found have served as scenery for various historical films, including shooting numerous scenes of "Captain Alatriste".
The house has three completely independent apartments and with all the facilities necessary for comfort and relaxation. Every room has been given the name of a monument visible from its large windows or terraces. The fact that it is right in the centre of an area with many monuments means that this house is surrounded by the most important monuments of the town.
One of the apartments is the ARCO DEL BARBUDO APARTMENT.
It has a lounge-kitchen (with sofa bed), bathroom, toilet, one bedroom with double bed, another with two single beds and two patio-terraces (one in each room.)
Ideal capacity of this room is 4/6 persons.
It has air conditioning, heating and the kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board and more.
LOCATION:
La Casa del Seise is located right in the centre of the historic centre of the town of Baeza, which means that to reach it, it is sufficient to simply follow the signs for "Barrio Monumental" (“Monumental Area”) or "Centro ciudad" (“Town Centre”) which are found in all of the town.
It is about 100 metres from the main car park in Baeza, located in calle Compañía, so we recommend leaving the car in this car park and beginning to enjoy Baeza by strolling through its pretty monumental area.
The main square in the town is the Paseo de la Constitución, located hardly more than 50 metres from La Casa del Seise.
