Spanish tourist board registered holiday home situated in a quiet rural hamlet, in the little village of "El Regüelo", in the road from Fuensanta to Castillo de Locubin. It is at 35 km from the city of Jaén.

It has a small pool, a patio and lovely views.
Portable bbq and enclosed garden. The downstairs contains a double bedroom with en-suite shower facilites, and is disabled friendly. Upstairs is a further shower room, twin and single bedroom. Both can take an extra bed if required.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

CONDITIONS TO RESERVE
* No smoking.
* Minimum stay 3 days in bank holidays.
* It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation at the moment of confirming.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
* Cancellations with more than 21 days in advance: refund of the 90% of the deposit.
* Cancellations between 21 and 10 days before the arrival: refund of the 50%.
* Cancellations with less than 10 days in advance: no refund.

DELIVERY OF KEYS:
You will have to phone 1 day before your arrival day to notice of your approximate arrival time so we can arrange for you to collect your keys.
