Apartment located in Siles, a little village in the "Sierra de Segura" (Jaén). It´s a perfect place to
combine leisure and nature activities with the peace of rural life.
Apartment El Palomar is situated in LA PENDOLERA, an old farmhouse turned into a complex for rural tourism. La Pendolera consists of three apartments (La Veleta, La Escuela y El Palomar) and communal areas. These areas are: parking, an ecological allotment, a swimming-pool, garden, barbacue, washing-machine and a living-room with a fireplace.
Both, the communal areas and the apartments, maintain the original style and are decorated with rustic furniture. All the apartments have hot water, a fridge, completely equipped kitchen, television, a firewood heater (firewood included), 220V electricity generated by solar panels, a diesel generator (fuel included) and bedding (sheets, etc).
EL PALOMAR is the smallest apartment of "La Pendolera" complex. It is equipped with 1 bedroom (with 2 beds each one), a kitchen and a living-room with a sofa-bed.
In the surroundings of LA PENDOLERA you can carry out different sporting activities:
