Apartaments located in the heart of Úbeda, in its historical center, provided of all the neccesary for your rest.

The apartments consist of 1 bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and a living-room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa-bed for 2 people more. Maximum capacity 4 people.

In addition, we are very near the Sierra de Cazorla, one of the biggest Natural Parks in Europe.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

*CONDITIONS:
- In high season, prices can be higher and it could apply for a minimuEn temporada alta se podrán establecer precios más elevados y fijar un número de noches como estancia mínima, considerándose como temporada alta todos los puentes, Semana Santa y Navidad.

* CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation with 10 days or more: the 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation between 2 and 9 days in advanced: the 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation with less than 48 hours in advance: the deposit will not be refunded.
