Casa Almendro is a restored traditional house with sloping ceilings, natural wooden beams, wrought iron window grilles and terracotta floors, and is located to the south of 'El Torcal de Antequera'. It is totally equipped for 10 people and offers: 2 living rooms with log fires, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite).

From any of the rooms or terraces there are breathtaking views of the Montes de Málaga, Sierra de las Nieves and the numerous villages that make up the Guadalhorce valley. The crystal blue Mediterranean sea glimmers on the horizon and on a clear day you can see the coast of Africa.

From "Casa Almendro" you can visit the capital of the Costa del Sol -MÁLAGA- with its many beaches, as well as Granada, Sierra Nevada and Antequera. Visit one of these destinations and share the customs the culture and the gastronomy with the people who characterise each one of these delightful towns of Andalusia.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Welcome bag, containing foodstuffs varied, of first quality (for stays of over 6 days).
For stays of over 6 days, cleaning of house and change of linen and towels, once a week.
All linen, towels and pool towels and hairdryers are provided.
Complimentary laundry items, washing powder, toilet paper, ...
Electricity and gas, and central heating where applicable.
Cots and highchairs are provided if necessary.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

BOOKING CONDITIONS
To make a reservation we do require:

20% deposit of the total amount due, and is payable at the time you make the reservation.
The balance will became due 2 weeks before your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance your reservation will be cancelled.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
In case of cancellations you must send a cancellation in writing 30 days before arrival, in this case the client will lose the deposit.If we receive the cancellation 15 days before the arrival date the client will lose the 50% of the total accommodation cost and for early departures or no shows we will charge the full amount due.
Once made the reservation we will send you a confirmation letter and once paid the balance we will send you key collections instructions and directions.
Included in the price is all the water supply, electricity and gas, and central heating where applicable.Logs for the fire are not included and should be paid for direct to the owner.
Check in and Check out: Check in time is 4pm and check out 10am.
A breakage deposit of 200 € is to be paid on the day of arrival. This amount will be kept by the owner until the date of departure and will be returned to the client on the day of departure if there are no breakages. You are requested to leave the house tidy and put the rubbish in the bin.
If any of the facilities at the villa do not work, please contact us as soon as posible.
