Cortijo Los Olivos is a traditional Spanish residence that has been restored, including air conditioning, for rural tourism. It is totally equipped for 6 people and offers two living rooms: one for winter with a fireplace, and one for summer; a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Strategically placed in Andalucia, being only 15 minutes from Antequera, and set in a spectacular rural spot on the outskirts of the small hamlet of Los Nogales; it stands in a plot of more than 10,000 m2 and is surrounded by olive trees and oak trees dating back hundreds of years.

Only authentic traditional materials have been used throughout - such as wooden beams, terracotta floor tiles, wrought iron window grilles and canes for the ceilings - in order to maintain the original style and elegance of the house. A place where ancient traditions of long ago blend harmoniously with the comfort and luxury of modern times.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Welcome bag, containing foodstuffs varied, of first quality (for stays of over 6 days).
For stays of over 6 days, cleaning of house and change of linen and towels, once a week.
All linen, towels and pool towels and hairdryers are provided.
Complimentary laundry items, washing powder, toilet paper, ...
Electricity and gas, and central heating where applicable.
Cots and highchairs are provided if necessary.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

BOOKING CONDITIONS
To make a reservation we do require:

20% deposit of the total amount due, and is payable at the time you make the reservation.
The balance will became due 2 weeks before your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance your reservation will be cancelled.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
In case of cancellations you must send a cancellation in writing 30 days before arrival, in this case the client will lose the deposit.If we receive the cancellation 15 days before the arrival date the client will lose the 50% of the total accommodation cost and for early departures or no shows we will charge the full amount due.
Once made the reservation we will send you a confirmation letter and once paid the balance we will send you key collections instructions and directions.
Included in the price is all the water supply, electricity and gas, and central heating where applicable.Logs for the fire are not included and should be paid for direct to the owner.
Check in and Check out: Check in time is 4pm and check out 10am.
A breakage deposit of 200 € is to be paid on the day of arrival. This amount will be kept by the owner until the date of departure and will be returned to the client on the day of departure if there are no breakages. You are requested to leave the house tidy and put the rubbish in the bin.
If any of the facilities at the villa do not work, please contact us as soon as posible.
