Las Chozas is a traditional house which has been completely restored to maintain its character, from wooden beams and cane ceilings to terracotta floor tiles and wrought iron window grilles. It is totally equipped for 4 people and offers: 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Located south of the national park 'El Torcal de Antequera', 3 kms from the rural village of La Joya, it is set in a plot of 10,000 m2 where indigenous Mediterranean tree plantations and peaceful recreation land offer privacy and tranquillity.

From the terrace one can distinguish the whole of the south central zone of the province of MÁLAGA, such as the National Parks 'Montes de Málaga' and 'Sierra de Las Nieves' and, on a clear day, the sparkling Mediterranean sea on the horizon.

The house is situated close to 'El Torcal de Antequera' and 'Montes de Málaga' as well as the reservoir 'Pantano de Guadalteba' with its impressive gorge 'Los Gaitanes'.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Welcome bag, containing foodstuffs varied, of first quality (for stays of over 6 days).
For stays of over 6 days, cleaning of house and change of linen and towels, once a week.
All linen, towels and pool towels and hairdryers are provided.
Complimentary laundry items, washing powder, toilet paper, ...
Electricity and gas, and central heating where applicable.
Cots and highchairs are provided if necessary.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

BOOKING CONDITIONS
To make a reservation we do require:

20% deposit of the total amount due, and is payable at the time you make the reservation.
The balance will became due 2 weeks before your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance your reservation will be cancelled.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
In case of cancellations you must send a cancellation in writing 30 days before arrival, in this case the client will lose the deposit.If we receive the cancellation 15 days before the arrival date the client will lose the 50% of the total accommodation cost and for early departures or no shows we will charge the full amount due.
Once made the reservation we will send you a confirmation letter and once paid the balance we will send you key collections instructions and directions.
Included in the price is all the water supply, electricity and gas, and central heating where applicable.Logs for the fire are not included and should be paid for direct to the owner.
Check in and Check out: Check in time is 4pm and check out 10am.
A breakage deposit of 200 € is to be paid on the day of arrival. This amount will be kept by the owner until the date of departure and will be returned to the client on the day of departure if there are no breakages. You are requested to leave the house tidy and put the rubbish in the bin.
If any of the facilities at the villa do not work, please contact us as soon as posible.
