SPECIAL OFFERS

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

It is required the prepayment of the 30% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be paid through a bank transfer and will be refunded in case of cancelling with more than 30 days in advance. The 50% of the prepayment will be refunded on cancelling with more than 15 days in advance. If the cancellation is made with less than 7 days before the arrival, there is no refund.

Once you arrived and received the keys of your apartment you have to pay the rest of the money in cash + a damage deposit of 150 Euros (payment in cash) that will be given back to you on departure date if no damage has been caused.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

* Free baby cot on request.

* Arrivals later than 11 p-m. will have an extra supplement of 25 Euros.

* Extra suplement of 30 euros for the final cleaning of the apartment (obligatory payment).
