RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY (except Holy Week abd Fair of April):
There is no charge if you cancel or modify your reservation until 1 day before the arrival.
If you cancel or modify later, the hotel will charge on your credit card the total price of the first night.
If you do not arrive, the total reservation will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICE FOR HOLY WEEK (01.04.12-07.04.12) AND APRIL FAIR 23.04.11-28.04.12):
There is no charge if you cancel or modify your reservation until 21 days before the arrival.
If you cancel or modify your reservation with less than 21 days before the arrival or do not arrive, the hotel will charge on your credit card the total price of the reservation.
To confirm your reservation, the hotel requires the prepayment of the first night. This amount will be charged on your credit card when you confirm your reservation and will be refunded on cancelling with more than 21 days in advance.
