DEPOSIT:
It is required the prepayment of the total price of the first night to confirm your reservation. This amount will be charged directly on your credit card.
Holy Week: the total price of the reservation will be charged the day 1st in March.
Fair of April: we´ll charged on your credit card the total price of the reservation the day 25th in March.
CANCELLATION POLICY (exceptt in Holy Week and Fair of April):
Cancellations with less than 24 hours in advance: charge on your credit card of the total price of the first night.
CANCELLATION POLITIC IN HOLY WEEK AND FAIR OF APRIL:
In Holy Week, you can cancel without any penalty until the day 20th in March.
In Fair of April, until the day 1st in April.
In other case, the hotel will charge on your credit card the total price of your reservation (no show, total o partial cancellation).
FOR 1 JULY TO 31 AUGUST
MINIMUM OF TWO NIGHTS.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
UP TO 15 DAYS BEFORE TO ARRIVAL 50% after this date 100%.
OUT LATE (LATE CHECK OUT) TO 14 HOURS A DAY OUT, if communicated to the arrival at the hotel.
