RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

It is required the prepayment of the 50% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be charged on your credit card.

CANCELLATIONS:

Normal season: minimum 48 hours in advance. In other case, the prepayment will not be refunded.

In Holy Week and Fair of April, minimum 1 week before the arrival.

DEPOSIT DAMAGE:

At your arrival to the apartment, it will be required, in addition to the payment of the rest of the reservation, the pay of a deposit damage of 100 Euros that will be given back at departure if no damages has been caused in the apartment.
