* If you need a baby cot, I can give you it without any coust.
* Children under 2 years don`t pay.
* Children under 12 years, 25% discount.

Reservation Conditions:

It is required the prepayment of the 15% of the total price of the reservation to confirm it. This amount will be charged on your credit card and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Rest of the payment, at arrival, when you receive the keys of the apartment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours, will be charged the total price of the reservation on the credit card.

Arrivals after 22.00 will have an extra cost of 20€, and arrivals after 00.00 will be 30€.
