The studio is located in a typical Sevillian house which was recently restaured.
Since the house is situated in the city centre, all important sights such as the Cathedral as well as the main shopping streets (Calle Sierpes and Tetuán) are very close to the apartment and can be reached in only a few minutes.
The house is located in the ancient Jewish quarter of Seville and very close to the famous historical quarter Santa Cruz.
Around the house, there are numerous beautiful squares and streets.
In some of these streets, there are processions during the Semana Santa (e.g.Los Negritos, San Esteban, San Benito or La Candelaria).
The apartment`s decoration and furniture are very stylish and moreover, the flat disposes of a nice Andalusian inner courtyard and a terrace roof which also offers a spectacular view of the Giralda tower and other churches nearby.
In the apartment`s proximity, there are a lot of nice pubs, restaurants and tapas bars as well as a public parking, taxi and bus stops.
On top of that, there are good connections with the airport and the train station (public transport).

The studio has got a living room with 2 sofa- beds for two people each one, an almost independent kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom. Capacity: 4 persons.
