BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- 25% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking (50% in special dates). Your payment (by credit card) will be verified instantly and in case of being accepted, the apartment will be reserved for you until your arrival.
- Upon arrival a copy of the passport or identity card of the person who made the reservation must be shown, as well as a credit card number to pay the remaining part of the total price of the rent.
- At the same time the client authorizes to Metropolis Real-Estate Projects, SL to charge 100 € in the credit card if there will be damages in the apartment. We'll keep your credit card number in the event of damage to property or furniture.

SHEDULES:
Check-in time from 15:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m
Check-in time in special dates, weekends and holidays from 12:00 a.m to 03:00 p.m
Check-out time before 12:00 a.m
(Availability of changing the schedules warning us with anticipation. The check in out of time will be a increase of 20 € in the total price.)
CANCELLATION POLICIES
The conditions of cancellation apply for all the cases without any exception, neither by causes of main strength neither by any another reason.
If the cancellation is realized 15 days before the arrival, the establishment will have the obligation to return 100 % of the money deposited with a view to reservation.
If the cancellation is realized from 3 to 14 days of the arrival, the establishment will have the obligation to return 0 % of the amount of the reservation.
If the cancellation is realized from 1 to 2 days of the arrival, the establishment will charge 50 % of the stay.
No showing will have a charge of 100% of the total rent price.
Policy of cancellation in special periods:
If the cancellation is realized 30 days before your date of arrival, the establishment will pay 100 % of the reservation.
If the cancellation is realized within 30 days arrival or no shows, the establishment will charge 100% of the total rent price.
The establishment could charge 100€ for damages in the apartments.
