Our flat is situated in the Historie center of the city of Toledo . A 16th. century building at one time a renaissance palace located in one of the most priviledge areas of the city. We are 150 metres from the Cathedral and only 200 metres from the Jewish quarters and the main Square Zocodover. Access to the entire declered Patrimony of Humanity is within walking distance The flat consist of one bedroom with queensize bed convertible into two twins. There is also a queensize sofa bed in the sitting room, totally equipped kitchen and bathroom. Parking in the city is quite scarce but we also offer a private garage at 10 Euros a day.

RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:
to comfirm reservation a downpayment of 30% of total through bank transfer. Remaining amount paid on arrival and receipt of keys. Cash only.
Holly week and Corpus Christi 50% downpayment required.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before arrival date in order to receive a 100% downpayment refund. Cancellations of less than 7 days lose the right to refund. Holly week and Corpus Christi cancellation must be made 15 days in advance in order to received refund. Guests will received not refund for early departures from the flat.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A 150 Euros deposit is required on arrival and will be returned to the client upon leaving the flat in perfect condition.

ON ARRIVAL:
Guests will be and all aspects of the flat will be explitined on arrival. Please arrive before 10.00 p.m. and departure before 12.00 a.m.
